If you want something, whether it be an attitude, a material possession, an understanding, a meal.....then you need to be in the area where these things are created, talked about, or made better. This is the proximity effect. Stay around the barbershop for long enough and you WILL get your hair cut. There's no more powerful solution than using contemplation to bring that something to you.
